Thanks to the integrated display, you can set the brewing temperature between 80°C and 100°C, allowing you to get the best out of any blend or single origin.
KEY FEATURES:
• Traditional lever group – for an authentic Italian-style espresso extraction. The brewing process starts by lifting the lever and ends when you lower it to stop the flow at your desired amount. This system gives you full manual control over the extraction, for a truly personalized result.
• Thermosiphonic circulation – for stable temperature and consistent results. The E61 brewing group is heated via thermosiphonic circulation, powered by water from the heat exchanger inside the boiler. This ensures temperature stability throughout the brewing process and minimizes thermal fluctuation.
• AISI 304 stainless steel body – combining elegance and durability in a single design.
• Adjustable OPV (Over Pressure Valve) – for those who love fine-tuning their espresso. One of LUCE’s most appreciated features is the adjustable OPV, which allows you to easily customize extraction pressure depending on the coffee you’re using. A technical detail that makes all the difference for those seeking maximum precision and flexibility.
